Complete production solution – own technology and proven partner network
We manage the entire manufacturing process, from the initial inquiry to the final product. By combining our in-house production capabilities with a network of trusted, long-term partners, we provide comprehensive manufacturing of seals and technical components.
Eccentric and Hydraulic Presses
Eccentric Presses (Ideal for large series): They excel in high speed and operating dynamics. They are the perfect choice for medium-series, large-series, to mass production. We primarily use them for fast operations such as precision cutting, punching, embossing, or shallow forming. Rapid pressing cycles allow us to achieve high productivity and an optimal price per piece.
Hydraulic Presses (Precision and variability): They provide continuously adjustable and immense pressing force along the entire stroke length. They are indispensable for single-piece, small-series, and medium-series production. They are perfectly suited for deep drawing, more demanding sheet metal forming, or for pressing materials that require constant pressure and longer dwell times (e.g., compression molding of technical rubber).
CNC Plotter with an Oscillating Knife
CNC Plotter (Ideal for single-piece and small-series production): Represents a highly flexible solution for precision shape cutting without the need to manufacture expensive die-cutting tools. It is the perfect choice for prototyping, sampling, and smaller production runs. Cutting is performed directly based on digital CAD data, allowing us to respond immediately to design changes, save initial costs, and significantly shorten delivery times.
Oscillating Knife (Perfect precision and clean cut): The high-speed blade oscillation technology guarantees smooth and absolutely precise edges, even with thicker or compliant materials. It is perfectly suited for cutting technical rubber, silicones, gaskets, or insulation. Unlike classic die-cutting, there is no deformation of the cut edges, making it an indispensable technology for technically demanding applications.
Milling / Turning
Milling (Ideal for shape-complex parts): This technology enables us to perform precision chip-removal machining on a wide range of materials, from technical plastics to metals. It is the perfect choice for single-piece, small-series, and medium-series production of complex 3D components. Thanks to modern milling centers, we achieve maximum dimensional accuracy and can efficiently fulfill even the most demanding requirements directly from the provided CAD data.
Turning (Precision for rotational components): Used for highly efficient machining of rotational parts such as shafts, pins, flanges, or threaded components. It is an excellent choice for both prototyping and larger production series. The modern control and rigidity of our lathes guarantee production process stability, short delivery times, and perfect repeatability, even when producing large quantities of identical pieces.
3D Part Printing
3D Printing (Versatile and fast production): Our technology allows us to print components from practically all commonly available types of printing materials. It is the perfect choice for rapid prototyping, new part development, and small-series production. Regarding classic plastics, we focus primarily on printing with high-precision PLA and mechanically highly resistant PETG, which reliably cover most standard technical applications.
Special Materials and Finishes (Flexibility and perfect surface): We significantly specialize in printing with flexible TPU material, which is ideal for manufacturing elastic bumpers, gaskets, or damping elements. Furthermore, we focus on technical ASA material, for which we offer a premium surface finish using chemical smoothing with acetone. This process guarantees a perfectly smooth surface without visible print layers, high strength, and a professional look.
Assembly and Inspection of Parts
Professional Assembly (A comprehensive solution under one roof): We do not only ensure the production of individual components, but we also offer their precise final assembly. We provide the assembly of mechanical units, sub-assemblies, and final products, including the sourcing and integration of additional standard parts (fasteners, bearings, gaskets). This saves you both time and administrative effort associated with logistics and communication with multiple suppliers.
Final Inspection and Packaging (Quality guarantee and readiness for shipping): Each part and assembly undergoes a meticulous visual and functional inspection to guarantee the absolute flawlessness of the delivered items. The finished parts and assemblies are then reliably and safely packed exactly according to your specific logistical requirements. You will receive a finished product that is immediately ready for integration into your further production or for direct distribution.
Partner Production Network
Capacity Expansion and Technology Variety (Turnkey complex solutions): Thanks to long-term cooperation with a network of proven domestic and foreign suppliers, we can also provide technologies that we do not possess directly. As a standard practice for our customers, we arrange, for example, precision waterjet cutting, laser cutting, or more complex surface treatments such as anodizing, hardening, and zinc plating. This allows you to get a complete finished part conveniently from a single supplier.
Quality Management and Reliability (We take full responsibility): Even when utilizing our cooperation network, you are completely protected because we handle all administration, logistics, and warranties for you. All sub-suppliers are carefully selected and regularly audited to ensure they meet our strict production standards. Furthermore, each outsourced part undergoes our own final inspection, guaranteeing its 100% quality before final delivery.
