A manufacturing partner, not just a supplier.
We are VAFTECH Industries s.r.o. – a Czech manufacturer of industrial seals and technical parts made precisely according to drawing documentation or samples. We build on our craft beginnings from 1991, when we started production on our first machines in a garage, and since 1999, we have been systematically building the company as a stable manufacturing partner for the industry. Our strength lies in a combination of 3 production modes based on volume: prototypes and single-piece production without tooling (fast turnaround via CNC plotter), small-scale series on hydraulic presses (hundreds to thousands of pieces), and large-scale series on eccentric presses for volumes exceeding 10,000 pieces. Thanks to this, we can seamlessly transition from a functional sample to serial production without any unnecessary delays.
We do not just manufacture; we also recommend the right material for specific operating conditions – ranging from standard rubber (NBR, EPDM) and non-asbestos sheets to graphite and PTFE (Teflon). And because we know that a seal determines the reliability of the entire system, we take “precision” as a commitment: we deliver what we promise.

Rubber
A universal solution for industrial and domestic applications. Thanks to its high elasticity, good sealing capabilities, and affordability, it is suitable for a wide range of media—from water and air to oils.
Engineering plastics
Suitable for more demanding industrial applications where rubber may not be sufficient. Ideal for applications requiring higher chemical and temperature resistance, low friction, or for components exposed to higher pressures.
Non-asbestos gasket sheets
A proven choice for flat gaskets. They allow precise processing and offer an excellent compromise between cost, durability, and availability. Thanks to their high thermo-mechanical resistance and chemical stability, they can reliably seal even in demanding operating conditions.
Metals
They are a reliable choice for flat gaskets in demanding conditions. Thanks to their high strength, resistance to pressure, and high temperatures, they ensure tightness even in extreme operations. Furthermore, their excellent adaptability and mechanical stability allow for precise positioning in the sealing joint, ensuring its long-term reliability.
Electrical Insulating Sheets
A proven solution for structural and insulation parts in industrial equipment. They provide reliable insulation while transmitting mechanical loads. Resistance to high temperatures and common chemicals allows for a wide range of applications, from busbar supports and switchboards to the insulation of moving and stressed components in electrical machines.
Composite Materials
They represent material combinations where 1+1 = 3. Thanks to the reinforcement of the base material, they acquire multiply better properties. They are synonymous with the reliability of long-term tightness, even in demanding operating conditions. Their synergistic composition ensures universal application and significantly extends the lifespan of the seal.

We manufacture industrial gaskets and custom-shaped parts according to engineering drawings, samples, or application specifications. We can handle single-piece production for prototyping, small batches for regular orders, and high-volume series for long-term supplies. We select the manufacturing technology to ensure the right balance of price, lead time, and repeatability.
High-Volume Production
Automated high-volume stamping on eccentric presses. Minimum cost and high productivity for volumes exceeding 10,000 pieces.
Low-Volume Production
Flexible die-cutting of medium-sized series on hydraulic presses. The ideal solution for technical materials and orders ranging from hundreds to thousands of pieces.
Single-Piece Production
We approach every project to ensure the right balance of price, lead time, and repeatability. For prototypes, we utilize toolless manufacturing; for medium volumes, we choose die-pressing; and for large-scale series, we set up a fully optimized, high-volume production process.
