What do we need to know about the product?

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our technology allows us to remain highly flexible, manufacturing anything from a single piece to large-scale industrial orders running into the millions. Volume discounts are a matter of course – as the order quantity increases, the unit price drops significantly.
When will I receive the goods?
Our standard delivery time is around 2 weeks from the submission of the inquiry and confirmation of the quantity and price. Stock items for the most frequently used dimensions in the plumbing, heating, and gas sector are usually dispatched within 3 business days.
For urgent requests, it is possible to arrange express production and faster delivery. We assess every such inquiry individually based on the product type, material, and current production capacity.
Can you help me design a suitable seal if I don't have exact specifications?
Yes, absolutely. We will gladly help you design the optimal solution even if you do not have exact technical specifications. Based on your requirements, operating conditions, and available information, we will recommend the most suitable material, construction, and manufacturing process. Simply describe the application, environment, and basic parameters to us – and we will handle the rest.
How does the entire process work?
The process consists of the following steps:
- You send us your inquiry.
- We process the inquiry and, if necessary, contact you to gather any missing information.
- Based on the information obtained, we design the most effective and cost-efficient solution and send you a price quote.
- Once the quotation is approved, we launch the actual production.
- The entire process is completed with a thorough quality inspection, packaging, and dispatching the product to your address.
Can I pick up the goods directly at your facility?
Yes, it is possible. However, it is necessary to arrange the exact date and time in advance by phone to ensure that a member of our team will be available to assist you.
Is it possible to manufacture a prototype or sample before serial production?
Yes, prototype or sample manufacturing is possible. We highly recommend this step, especially for new or technically demanding projects. It allows you to verify the functionality, dimensions, and suitability of the chosen material before launching full-scale serial production. Based on your feedback, we can then fine-tune the design so that the final solution meets your requirements perfectly.
What are the maximum and minimum dimensions of the seals you manufacture?
Our dimensional production capabilities depend on the technology used, the material, and the specific type of seal. Thanks to modern manufacturing processes, we are able to produce both very small parts down to a few millimeters and large-format seals spanning several meters for large industrial applications.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we also deliver our products abroad. Custom manufacturing and an individual approach allow us to supply customers outside the Czech Republic without restrictions.
